Ms. Tubman is an expert in technology infrastructure and telecommunications distribution systems with over 25 years of industry experience. She specializes in the design, procurement and implementation of complex network infrastructure. Ms. Tubman has hands-on experience with infrastructure and cabling systems for Data Centers and Command Centers and Communication Rooms including cable tray, power, cooling, room layouts, access flooring, lighting and furnishings; Backbone Cabling Systems (twisted pair, Fiber Optic [SMFO/MMFO] and Coax]); Carrier Service Entry Facilities; Outside Cable plant (Buried trench, Duct bank, Aerial runs); and Cable Management Systems. Over the course of her career, Ms. Tubman has supported numerous clients in the transportation, financial services, media and government sectors. She has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Lvov Polytechnic Institute, Ukraine. Ms. Tubman has professional associations with the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI).
