Dr. Hsieh is a Co-founder and EVP of DVI Communications. He holds a PHD in mathematics from MIT.  Dr. Hsieh is responsible for Corporate Finance and Administration as part of day–to–day executive responsibilities.  Dr. Hsieh also exercises a Quality assurance over ongoing DVI projects from budget and schedule perspective to satisfy client objectives. He continues to serve as technical reviewer of many DVI client engagements.
